Janise is the Director of Career Development and the Launch Coach at Keller Williams Realty - The Woodlands & Magnolia. She enjoys providing Ignite training and coaching workshops, as well as supervising new agent's first 3 transactions. Janise also consults one on one with licensed agents about preparing to work with their clients, and on the KW systems and models.

Faith and family are most important to Janise. She’s lived her whole life with the goal of helping people. Janise has over 40 years of experience in customer service. She worked for 22 years in the IT industry in Corporate America, 8 plus years in New Home Sales for a builder in The Woodlands and Houston areas, and has been a licensed Realtor® for over 10 years.

Janise has only worked as a licensed Realtor® for Keller Williams Realty – The Woodlands & Magnolia. She chose KW for the great training it provides and the exceptional culture. She says, “It just felt like the right place to be.”. In 2014 when presented with the opportunity to help other agents grow their businesses, Janise jumped at the chance to become a vital part of this technology and training organization.

Janise currently holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento. When not in the office she loves volunteering at her church, and spending time with her family in the Dallas area as well as in the Sacramento, California area.
